The Dressing
(makes several servings, about 1.5 cups)
- 2 Slices onion
- 1/4 Cup olive oil
- 1/3 Cup rice vinegar
- 1 Thin slice fresh ginger
- 1 Celery stalk
- 1/4 Cup tamari sauce
- 2 tsp Raw suger
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Ground black pepper
- 2 Tbl spn sesame seeds
- optional: 1 heaping tsp fresh ground peanuts or peanut butter
Blend everything together until smooth.
Salad
Use as much as you want for each salad.
- Romaine lettuce
- Shredded carrot
- Shredded beets
- Red cabbage
